I despise Macs, even though I'm typing on one right now.

My desktop is a PC, but the laptop, was mhy brothers and he prefers Macs.

Yes, then no. Apples were the first "PC's," but after that "PC" became associated with the IBM PC and then windows compatable systems.

For the average home use who has problems using speed dial on their phone? Sure, a strong argument can be made for OSX.

However that is hardly the only environment in which computers operate.
