- Video footage and vehicle “black box” data show Kyren was not the main cause of the accident.
- The way witnesses were handled and questioned suggests LSP assumed Kyren was at fault.
- LSP seemed more focused on proving blame than finding out what really happened.
And here is the full evidence, showing that Lacey was, in fact, responsible for the accident.
He was speeding and passing illegally and that set off the chain of events resulting in someone’s death. Had he not been speeding on the wrong side of the road, the oncoming driver would not have had to slam on the brakes and the car behind them would not have veered into oncoming traffic resulting in the accident.
Was he trying to get someone killed? Surely not. Was he fully responsible for the car that veered into traffic? Probably not as they likely were following too closely. Did his reckless actions directly contribute to somebody’s death? Unfortunately, yes.

Just sayin': LSU already has 2 losses and (besides Arkansas and WKU) they still have aTm, Alabama, and Oklahoma yet to play. They aren't likely to fare better in a bowl game this season.
