i guess the bright spot is that i knew in November this was going to happen.

so i’m way past the denial, anger, bargaining, depression stages.

i’m in the acceptance stage now.

this is what we are and what we’re stuck with until wholesale changes are made starting at the very top.

Joe Alleva needs to be forcefully removed from the state of louisiana and never allowed to return.

fuck him.

after the fiasco that was the Duke LaCrosse scandal, hiring back-to-back football coaches there that combined to go 14-90, on his 3rd attempt at a basketball hire here, bungled 2015 with the way he handled the Miles situation, back tracks in early ‘16 so we can get a jump on every other school before they hired Ed fucking Orgeron away from us.

i hope he gets raped by an elephant with full blown AIDs while sucking on a Syphilis infected Camel’s dick.

Let's see, he's bent over and taking most of the weight of the elephant on his back and I'm guessing that a camel's dick is, oh, I don't know, four and a half feet above ground level... Might be just about physically impossible, but it's certainly an image to ponder.

LSU fan starts GoFundMe campaign to buy out Ed Orgeron, and it's hilarious

Orgeron's buyout for Year 1 is a staggering $12 million

The problem for LSU is not that first-year coach Ed Orgeron is 3-2 through the month of September with the most recent loss being an unacceptable upset against Troy. The problem is that Orgeron is 3-2 with a loss to Troy and a whopping $12 million buyout. That number drops to $8.5 million in 2018, $6 million in 2019 and $4.5 million in 2020.

It appears some LSU fans are willing to help foot the bill.

A GoFundMe account titled "Save LSU Football" has been created with a goal of $12 million -- the amount of Orgeron's Year 1 buyout. "The AD couldn't do it, so it is up to us," the description says. "Save our program, help our state."

As of Monday morning, the GoFundMe campaign has raised a grand total of $275 toward its lofty goal. The fund's creator, Chad McGehee, has the largest donation of $200. Just a few more donations, and this movement has a shot.

Only $11,999,725 to go.....:roll1:

I'll cover the rest with some of my Notre Dame money if they make me the next coach.

Let me know

The fact that they fired Les without having much of a plan is what has set LSU back here... You guys should've understood Tom Herman was never going to LSU with Texas open so who else was there really to get?

Pelini like some have pointed out would've been a much better option.
