Obviously the FCS team from Boone, N.C. has no chance in this game. After all, no FCC (1-AA) team has ever defeated a team that's ranked in the top-10 of the major polls ....

They did - really? Last year, you say, in Ann Arbor - how did I miss that?
 
LSU by 4 TD. Amidst all the ASU hype from last year, people forget they lost NFL draft picks in Dexter Jackson, Kerry Brown, fucking Corey Lynch, and their all-time leading rusher Kevin Richardson. LSU should coast after the first half.

Yes, they lost Dexter Jackson, but the receiving corps is as talented and deep this year.

Yes, they lost Kerry Brown, but the O-Line is as talented and deep this year.

Yes, they lost Corey Lynch, and here is a potential weakness. Not so much at safety, but the corners are also going to be a bit green.

And, yes, they lost all-time rushing leader Kevin Richardson, but Devon Moore is every bit as good.

And finally, App State will have the best QB on the field.

Not saying they'll pull the upset again this year, but I'm confident they'll beat the spread.

Sorry to disappoint anybody looking to place a sure-fire winning bet between 2 and 4 p.m. tomorrow. The closing time for the vBet has been moved up to match the rescheduled start.

And don't blame Dryden for spoiling the cash-grab, I noticed the change on ESPN. :wink2:
