Why is it every game I watch of theirs, their WR screen passes go for at least 8 yards? How would a D stop that?

Not a coach but I'd say if you have the corners for it(like we do) you play press coverage. The whole thing is knowing what to key on.

When you see this they are doing that kind of thing. When the D sees its keys for a screen pass you force it early and bust it up. If you happened to see the last 2 BC games you saw defenses that took away the screen from a team that was over reliant on it.

WVU and all teams like them are running a option offense. The key to stopping any option atttack is playing assignment football.
