Looking Forward - Making the BP Mock Draft Easier

...... You could also have a list of attenders that would pick for any team. That list would move from top to bottom to cover any teams without a GM. Every time you came to a team without a GM, the top of the list would take them for that pick only. The next open team would go to the second person on the list and so on. After you get to the botom of the list, you'd go right back to the first person on the list and they would pick for the next available team.

The first mock draft I ever did, there was a set time limit. If you went over that, everybody voted for who you should get.....with the person who gained 3 votes fist being the draft selection.

I thought it was a good idea at the time. It has it's ups and downs. Nobody is going to vote for somebody that they want, and as soon as 1 person gets voted then everybody else will just vote for that person to move it along. But it does keep the draft going.

slump, but you can still wear the black satin Raiders jumpsuit.

I wouldn't mind drafting for New Orleands, Tennessee or Kansas City. :) I'm a draft nut, count me in for anyone really.

As was discussed off board - one of the options is close the thread.

Open another to ONLY talk about ways to make the Mock Draft work for everyone (especially Paul T.) and then open team selections after we decide best way - groups, singly, time limits, free-for-all - sheer anarchy or pistols at 10 paces.

A mod can likely close this thing.
