The NCAA could’ve created an organized monetary system decades ago and they chose not to because they enjoyed using the players for free while they, the universities and coaches made billions. But they had no problem turning a blind eye to kids gets a few thousand behind the Waffle House. They deserve all of this chaos because they are to blame. Idk how they set up guardrails now, but this is the bed they made.

The institutions to control it are already in place. It's normal business now. You have courts of law, the IRS and various state and federal agencies.



If they want a league where all the teams agree to a set of rules then that's a different animal.
