Heck, almost the entire FCS level, D2 and D3 are now recruiting Like this. I’ve talked to numerous parents of kids heading to CFB programs. And it’s become a tier system like in soccer.

"There needs to be a buyout. If they move up from me and go G5 or P4, I should get compensation for that."........

Wishful thinking on the G5 coaches' part. That will never happen. There is no contract buy out in college sports. The players are basically a free agent after each season. Hell, the P4 coaches get raided every season too. With the transfer portal, no limits on transferring, and NIL deals; this has become the state of college sports now.
