Anti trust/labor laws are what started this ball rolling. They have also recently done away with non compete agreements.

Nothing is ever perfect but I’m comfortable with the way the laws protecting a workers ability to earn are holding up right now. I wish they’d do more but it’s going in the right direction.

Better for sure move Hicks down to DE then that’s for sure. We are pretty light on ends and just moved Houston to DT. You add losing Milton as well and it’s pretty light in the DE room.

They could also use Styles as a blitzing DE as well at times, and use Reese and Pierce as the LBs and not lose any athleticism. And there's still Mickens, and also a possibility to bring in another DE
