Look Who's Transferring Now (The Portal)

Rumor is Miami.
If his goal is to improve his NFL stock, I think Oregon or ND would be better choices.
That would be hilarious. He's not that good, and was propped up by all the talent they had like McConkey, Bowers and Arian Smith. Miami doesn't have that same skill position talent and Cristobal is a master at grasping defeat from the jaws of victory.

Miami is a terrible spot for him, Ward had the mobility to bail out a bad OL a lot this year, the OL isn't getting better next year either, they are getting desperate with portal reaches to try to patch it.

Well, we've all seen their first option at QB in Williams. And he was HOT garbage. Their next option is a true frosh from GA or a 6'6 kid who wasn't even good enough to be the hot garbage kid... so yeah Beck is their best option unless they try and wait for Ewers. Who honestly wouldn't be much different than Beck

Not to mention he had Tommy John surgery 3 days before Christmas to fix his elbow. He won't be throwing til June at the earliest.

My guess is his NFL draft prospects are 3rd round or worse. Cryami makes sense in that he'd get a bag going there.

Quinn Ewers is already being rumored as headed to Oregon....would make some sense why their 5* kid left, although that probably means Dante Moore leaves also and they are chasing graduate transfer after graduate transfer at QB. Eventually that'll come back to bite you.

The Hurry-Up: Transfer Offensive Tackle Conner Moore Will Visit Ohio State

Per Pro Football Focus' grades, Moore played 904 offensive snaps for Montana State this season, including 356 pass-blocking snaps. He recorded an overall grade of 76.7, which is considered above average. He was graded 77.1 overall as a run blocker and 69.7 as a pass blocker.

If OSU can land Moore, he’d immediately be a contender to start at either tackle position, competing with fellow transfer additions Phillip Daniels and Ethan Onianwa. He also theoretically could start at guard if need be. If nothing else, he’d be a significant add from a depth perspective if he doesn’t begin the year as an outright starter.

Beck did not have TJS. He had a repair, not a replacement and reconstruction of his ulnar collateral ligament. Can begin throwing in March.
Hmmm...not what I've read but ok. And he may be "throwing" but he won't be able to really throw with authority for a while (I had UCL reconstruction, it's not quick recovery no matter what they did). In the end it doesn't matter he sucks anyway.
