It was a matter of time, but everybody can thank Scum for this crap. They reset the market. Getting the kid is the easy part, keeping him is another.

Kids will get their first bag, then the programs either have to bid against themselves to keep them, or draw a line in the sand.

For example, take Bryce Underwood. That $12 million dollars, 4 year deal doesn't mean squat. His potentially losing out on the rest of the money doesn't mean squat if another program is willing to pay $10 million dollars for just one championship year.

There needs to be rules fast.
