Fair enough...

Could the same be said for Tressell & osu relative to Maurice Clarrett? I think not! My statement is not meant to degrade Tressel or osu... I have a great respect for your coach & program. Every program and/or coach has problem children. That doesn't make the coach or program any less. If it's tolerated then it's wrong. Coaches can't make every decision for their players. I think the pac-man ordeal was after he left WVU anyway...

Time will tell. A lack of integrity won't fly within the Michigan program. It never has.

That is true. You cant always control what a player does on or off the field. The standard of character is measured by how the coach handles said indescretion as in punishment and educating the young men. Obviously if you begin to educate them from the first day you recruit them you have less infractions. Some kids just wont learn until maybe its too late for them. Mr. Clifford may be finding some of this out in our own program at the moment but the staff are not just sweeping things under the rug as some staffs may have done with this large of a contest looming.

The offense yesterday looked plenty "modern" to me. Its just getting your players in the correct position all of the time and then executing what they're supposed to do. Thats also a part of coaching though.

Who wants to bet Llllllloyd got a call from Columbus today congratulating him and the team on a big win last night? I'd almost guarantee it.

The offense definitely looked modern. It was a pleasant new years surprise that's for sure. Even with a not so mobile QB in Henne it was impressive. It'll definitely be weird to see Michigan with a mobile QB. Granted it may not happen right away.

As for a call from Columbus to Ann Arbor, that may be pushing it.

Next time you have to face Florida just call on Michigan & we'll gladly step in for ya. ha ha We own the Gators!!!

Hart is still 0-4 against the Buckeyes.

Congratulations to the Lloyd Carr on the victory. It is always good to see the Big 10 beat up on the SEC. It was amazing to see how quickly all the UF flags came down after the thumping they put on the Gators. HAHA!!

Definition of a Gator; A large animal with a BIG MOUTH.

I think most of the players on that team fit the definition. Players not even involved in the play were running their mouths. I think the little dance at mid-field pre-game motivated the Maize & Blue even more. I will say, Tebow seems pretty level headed & classy.

Unfortunately, Tress did not have sufficient time to help mold his character. Some birds don't change their color, and you have make sure they don't contaminate the nest.

Apparently Brandon Spikes was giving praise to Mario Mannigham on the field, and I have never seen any trash talking from Percy Harvin. I guess the guys on that team that put up don't need to say anything.

You know why Mike Hart isn't a gator? He may have a large mouth, but he is tiny. Like an Oompa-Loompa.

That's why I said most & not all. The Gators were runnin their mouths constantly. I don't remember who exactly it was but some moron came up behind (I think either Manningham or Arrington) and gave him a head-butt in the back of the head... The play was definitely over & there was no reason for it. Just a lack of discipline & class. I wouldn't expect much else from Urban Myer's arrogant ass.

Hart is short but you can't deny he is pretty sick... I can't begin to count how many records he broke within the Elite institution that is MICHIGAN FOOTBALL. And he wasn't even 100% much of this season. I'll save that for a different thread.
