2) The answers are valid choices that are mutually exclusive

I'd say 98% of the people who have read this page would choose all of the above. That being said, at least you realize that Carr is readily becoming Cooper in getting outcoached every year.

How is it a good question? Carr is the head football coach at the University of Michigan, and as such he should never be "loved" by any Ohio State fan. We may love the fact that he is there and is the coach, and thus we can continue to pound their ass, but to love the man himself is ludicrous.

Becoming? Carr is outcoached by every decent coach he faces. He's garbage.

The only thing he does better than Tressel is that he is far better at keeping his kids out of the news for the stupid stuff that they do.

The whole "rep" thing is ridiculous anyway. It's just a measure of who is best at repeating things that everyone else agrees with anyway, and a way for people to attack those who say things they disagree with. Very high school, but then this board seems to be very much caught up in a juvenile, irrational, high school mentality.

Some of that rambling might make sense if Carr was a good coach.

Actually, I think it's a legitimate question. Maybe "love" or "hate" aren't the right choices, but as a Buckeye fan, I think it's possible to respect and, in a non-liking way, like the Michigan coach. Personally, while he'll always be the enemy, I respect Bo Schembechler, and think he was a great nemesis. Maybe that has a lot to do with his personal ties to Woody Hayes, but there it is. That being said, Schembechler rates higher on my list than Carr does.

I respect Tressel, Woody and Bo. I respect Moeller. I like Carr as a person, but he's a bad coach, just like Cooper was.

But if I have a strong hatred for a team, and they have a really bad coach, I like that coach because he helps create heartache for the fans of that despised team.

The whole idea of hating the guy because he's the coach of the opposing team, even though that coach is the reason they have lost a bunch of key games and has a losing record against my current coach...that's just hatred to the point of irrationality.

There are seven people who voted that they like Carr. I know that those aren't UM fans. I am just curious which seven pragmatic people had the marbles to vote that they like the guy.
