The injury is the only reason the replay booth had the time to catch the returner down on the 1. Tough break for ECU.

But the replay should have started ECU on the 2 earlier for the same thing.

That's one rule where college should go to the NFL rule - if no one touches you, you're not down.

As the rule is now they should blow every FG/XP play dead every time the holder catches the ball, because his knee is on the ground.
