Levance Fields of Pitt - 16 Dimes

Pitt Panthers point guard Levance Fields had 16 assists today against DePaul. Overall, the Panthers assisted on 26 of their 38 field goals.

Assists are my favorite hoop stat, and this is a phenomenal performance. Fields also had 13 points.

Pitt had another player with a double-double in this game: DeJuan Blair, with 32 points and 14 boards.

I am surprised that he is not in double digits in assists every game that he plays with a guy like Blair to feed the ball. Not to mention Sam Young:)
