My Heisman list:
1. Reggie Bush
2. Drew Stanton
3/4. Vince Young/Matt Leinart
Call me a homer, but I think Stanton is hands down the best college quarterback I've ever seen. Guts, accuracy, speed, smarts, he's got it all. It's just too bad he's on the least clutch team in college football.

I strongly disagree; I think Griffin's record is in a lot of danger. The media is going to see the wins, the numbers (300 yards passing against ND), and most importantly Leinart's gutty efforts to score on the last two plays. Perception is more important than his actual performance. If it wasn't for Bush, I think Leinart would be the runaway favorite right now.Well, after his performance and Reggie Bushs' performance, I think Archies record is safe for another year at least.
Manningham doesn't know the offense very well yet. He's a freshman, and he's pretty only made plays on rather simple routes such as posts, flys, and quick passes. For example, we can't trust him to run hot routes like we can with Avant yet. I don't think there's any doubt he's our designated deep threat now or that we'll be making an effort to get him the ball more, but you can't just drop everything to make a player the center of the offense.Brutus1 said:If LLoyd Carr had any brains (i know), he'd make Mario Manningham the center of his offense.
