anyone notice how I always have a shitload of these damn questions??

Anyway, a corner of my backyard is adjacent to a street, kids keep climbing my fence to get into our neighborhood (no dorect access from the development behind us. In climbing they keep breaking the tops off of the fence boards. Could I be sued for using a little well placed barbed wire?? I am getting pissed about restaining and replacing boards.

Yup you're responsible for the saftey of your property and the immeadiate area right around your property... I forget the exact measurements or definition.

You could definitely get away with planting rose bushes by the fence...no way they could prove you intentionally put them there to cause bodily harm. I believe you can also perform a citizen's arrest on a tresspasser and detain them until poilce arrive.
