The only one getting screwed here is Browning out of millions of dollars and multiple rounds in the draft. This isn't grade school football, the better player should play and that clearly isn't Tuf. He can still be a captain from the sideline.

Tuf is really good inside the hashes. He just doesn't have the wheels in space to compete at a high level. But inside the hashes in run situations he's very good. Regardless he always gives 100% on every play.

I don't think anyone thinks any different either but when someone's better they are better. The issue is even when teams come right at us Borland sometimes tries to arm tackle people down.

He just isn't as good as Browning and that's ok. With that said Browning should be given 70% of the snaps.

Can we get a fucking bump here? Tuf had an awesome game on Saturday, happy to see him play like that. Our defense was awfully chippy this week and Tuf was at the forefront. Keep being a leader Tuf, it is not going unnoticed.

I’m not sure he had that great of a game. I saw a bunch of missed arm tackles, bad a angles and in pursuit he looks like he runs a 5 forty.

Unfortunately I'd have to agree. While he didn't get particularly exposed he still wasn't getting off blocks and making tackles. Most of the tackles he makes are when the guy is already wrapped up by a few other players. Not a bad game but nothing not to write home about either.

Assuming he was making the defensive calls... in conjunction with the way he played... I'd give him a B+... I watched him quite a bit.. I was pleased... except that shitty block on the punt
and the calls had to more difficult because it looked like 4 LBs
