LB Storm Klein (Official Thread)

As I'm watching those clips, I'm impressed...very good feet, he can change direction well. What's more impressive is that he has 2 more years of reels before OSU. He may be breaking some records along the way.

I had the pleasure of watching Storm play three times last year while scouting. To say he stands out on the highschool level is a understatement.

LV is seriously one of my favorite destinations while scouting.

If you get the chance....take the trip out to Licking Valley. The people there are passionate as heck about their football team, nice as can be, and the concession stand serves one of the best walking taco's in the state

I was sad to see that Jonathan Alder is not on their schedule this year.

well thanks for the compliments dozer. at LV we do take our football seriously lol. really when you live out in Hanover there is not much else to do but watch football on a friday night.

i guess that Storm has looked very good at the 2 scrimages playing middle LB and the past friday scrimage was 41-0 after 2 quarters.

I'm cleaning up my portable drive where I store my media, and decided to throw one last clip together before I blast the source(s). I need to reclaim that 25Gb of space that LVHS football is taking up from the highlight DVD I did back in March.

I quickly ran through and grabbed everything I had that had #32 in it. Enjoy! :)

ThisWeek Community Newspapers - Licking County - Klein eager to play defense

Sunday, August 19, 2007
KURTIS ADAMS
ThisWeek Staff Writer

Storm Klein, a standout with the Licking Valley High School football team, has demonstrated considerable patience.

Nearly everyone knew him either by name or reputation even before he began his freshman year, yet he never complained as coach Randy Baughman held off until the fourth game of 2005 before bringing him up to play varsity. Then he had to be satisfied playing on just one side of the ball, something he wasn't accustomed to after playing running back and linebacker in middle school.

Continued...

I think this line is a bit premature:

"It's been a while (since I played defense), except maybe for a few plays last year. Really, the last time was my freshman year before I got called up," said Klein, who already has accepted a scholarship offer from Ohio State.

Although it's only a matter of time until that becomes a true statement...

I wasn't lying to everyone......you really need to go to LV and watch a game.

Try to go in early October when fall is in full stride....its the perfect Ohio high school football atmosphere!!!

Not only that, but you get to see Storm play...a kid that I think will like the previous poster said....have the same impact on recruiting that Brew Crew has had.
