LB Storm Klein (Official Thread)

Or, if they keep progressing, Homan/Gibson/Johnson/Moeller/Grant (yes, Grant was in the class even if he was a JUCO transfer)

Gibson is not in Homan/Gibson/Johnson/Moeller's class...he's in the true senior class (Terry, and Hoobler (now gone)).

I meant it as saying the haul of LBs we brought in in one recruiting class, that is why I threw Grant's name in there. Not that they are in the same eligibility class, which is why i added that little bit afterwards. Gibson/Homan/Moeller/Grant/Johnson all came in at the same time, Grant was just a few years further along in his college career.

OSU's top ranking drew Klein in
By JOSH HACHAT

HANOVER Storm Kleins heart was always with Ohio State, but he also wanted to take some time after he was originally offered the chance to play there.
Last weekend let him know he had waited long enough.

After Ohio State vaulted to No. 1 in the rankings after another wild college football weekend, the Licking Valley junior declared for the Buckeyes late Sunday night.
Klein watched the Buckeyes? 48-3 rout of Kent State from home on Saturday, then called coach Jim Tressel the next day with his decision.

It was exciting, but I was real nervous about it, Klein said. I called (coach Tressel) a couple times and he didn?t answer. But he finally did and we just talked a little bit about our season and their season, moving up to No. 1.

Storm had him a big game last night in LV's huge rivalry game against Newark Catholic. He had 180 and 4 TD's on the ground. He also had a train wreck hit on the NC QB Mark Elwell. That gave him a concussion and knocked him out of the game. The Newark Advocate does a little video high lite thing, and the hit comes at about the 1 minute 55 second mark. Enjoy this glimpse into the Future Bucks fans.
