LB Freddie Lenix (Cincinnati signee; transfer to Notre Dame College)

i've seen freddie once each of the last two years and have seen him on both O and D. i am sure i can dig up some film on him at tailback, time permitting of course, which it hasn't been at all lately.

anyways, freddie has the ideal running back build, size, speed and everything. he could be an elite tailback prospect if he wanted to i am sure, but damn he just hits and hits and hits on defense and is always around the ball. he's just way too valuable on defense to be experimenting around on offense.

i liken him to a joe cooper or cie grant type. more likely a joe cooper size with cie grant's speed, but a hair faster.

I think Lenix will get an offer in the next couple of weeks during camp. I would think he would commit on the spot. Is he really going to go to Florida and be that far away from his child. I doubt it. I think he would be a devastating safety!!!

Cleveland (OH)
Glenville
Outside linebacker

Height: 6-foot-0
Weight: 190 pounds
40-yard dash: 4.4 seconds

Finished 7th in the 100 Meter Dash at the state finals last year @11.08

top three are Ohio State, Florida and Iowa- most think he is a tOSU lean

Freddie says he will play LB and RB this upcoming Glenville season- does he play LB or Safety at tOSU?? What does everyone think?

This is a guy who is going to playmaker... one that has been alittle underestimated by OSU. I think he will be a great S but I personally would not mind seeing him at RB. A player and father with something to prove
