School: Gateway
Position: LB

? If you can't be an athlete in the future, you will be... Probably working with computers. People call me all the time to fix their computer.

? Three words to describe yourself: Funny, hard-hitting and exciting.

? People might be surprised to know that you ... I like DC Shoes. They're skateboarding shoes.

? What question do you wish we would've asked? I wish you would've asked how important my family is to me, because it is so important.

From the Alabama site...compares and contrasts Dorian to Shayne Hale and says Alabama was one of the first to offer and he expects Dorian to end up with offers from everyone. No favorites.

From Brian Snow... Dorian has offers from Alabama, Boston College, Florida, Florida State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, and West Virginia, among others. PSU, Pitt, and FSU are recruiting him the hardest right now. Bell says that tOSU will be on his final list.

Hopefully once Bell gets more involved with recruiting and analyzes his options he'll ease up on the idea of starting as a freshman. I mean let's face it if he's analyzing depth charts it's not a great sign for tOSU even after JL, Freeman, and Terry graduate. He has mentioned his desire to play on Sundays, it's obvious tOSU has a pretty good selling point with that and hopefully that will overshadow starting as a frosh. Just persuading myself that we can swing this beast:wink2:.

Dorian says a written offer is int he mail from Florida State. Talk about his interest in FSU and says they will be there until the end. Apparently he is up to 6'4" 225 now, so it says.

My take.... how can anybody take FSU seriously right now? Geez...

I hope you're right. This guy is a beast. Just guessing, but he could be the reason Hale put his hands down his senior year. Too bad he grew up Seminolin'. Well, maybe our recruiting w/him are the reverse of our efforts w/Hale, and we actually land this Gateway Godzilla.

Doesn't he want to start as a true freshman? That might explain it. Maybe he likes the state of Florida too. But you're right, they don't have a whole lot going for them right now.
Maybe the scandal cleared out their entire 2-deep, though you'd think the incoming frosh would be jumping on that opportunity too. Before this mess, LB was one of the only things they developed.

From the UNC site. Bell says that he and teammate Corey Brown's visit to North Carolina went great. Bell adds that he and Brown will take all their visits together, and will likely go to the same college.
