Does anybody know what is going on with him lately??? I haven't heard a word about him since before practice started and I was just wondering what was going on. I would ask this on the other board but I know that there would be at least 3 posts after it asking who he is to begin with.

No, let's call it sacrifice for your freakin' safety!! You dishonor me(a gulf war vet) and all others who have served. Those are idiotic and insensitive comments. go tell a parent that their son has died for know freakin reason. If you want to talk politics i suggest you find another forum :mad2:

Well, I'm gonna lock this thread because I think it's run it's course on the topic ... "Cliff Reynolds". Private Message me if you think it needs to be reopened for new info. (or start another thread). Also, we don't need to be knocking each other around about politics. If you want to discuss that topic (politics) take it to the General Discussion board and keep it civil. One of the great things about this board is the quality of members that have made this a home to talk OSU related topics. I will do what it takes to make sure that everyone feels welcome. That includes nipping little scirmishes like this one when I see them. Please be respectful of other posters and let's refrain from the political rhetoric.

Thanks 3yards

Anyone know about Cliff Reynolds?

A couple of years ago, we had a walk on linebacker named Cliff Reynolds. He was originally from Lancaster, Ohio. He was in the Marines, sent Tressel a tape, and I believe he was offered a scholarship. I think he was here for spring practice in 2003 and wore #33 or #34. Does anyone know what happened to him? I heard word that he may have been called back to the marines.

Here is his bio:

It seems like this questions has been asked every few months for the last couple of years. To the best of my knowledge Mr. Reynolds is back in Lancaster raising a family and assistant coaching at Lancaster. As far as I know he no longer has intentions of trying to resurrect his football career.
