Please, for the love of all that is holy, tell me you aren't a plaintiff's attorney...your stupid state and its stupid napoleonic bullshit ass-backwards system of law, with your completely unconstitutional (do you realize you have to have $50,000 in documented damages to even see a jury in LA? If you don't, you just get a bench trial, and all the damn judges are just ex-plaintiff attorneys, and they're all members of the same damn country club, and unless you're in St. Tammany Parish you don't have a chance in hell if you're a defendant! Of course, you already know this, but everyone else didn't!) civil litigation process can go to hell!
