Roger E. Mosley, an actor who appeared in the iconic 1980s crime drama “Magnum, P.I.,” died Sunday due to injuries suffered in a car accident last week, his daughter announced. He was 83.
Mosley, who played helicopter pilot Theodore “TC” Calvin on the hit series, died surrounded by family. He had been paralyzed from the shoulders down and in critical condition since the crash, his daughter Ch-a Mosley wrote on Facebook.

Little known fact: Roger Mosley actually was a certificated helicopter pilot; however, when making Magnum P.I., he was not allowed to do his own stunts. A pilot wearing a body stocking with false muscles was used instead.

'Grease' Star Olivia Newton-John Dies At 73

Olivia Newton-John died Monday morning at 73-years-old, her husband announced in a Facebook post.

The star died at her ranch in Southern California Monday morning after a public battle with breast cancer, John Easterling, Newton-John's husband, said in a Facebook post.

"Olivia has been a symbol of triumphs and hope for over 30 years sharing her journey with breast cancer. Her healing inspiration and pioneering experience with plant medicine continues with the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund, dedicated to researching plant medicine and cancer," Easterling said.

Best known for her role as Sandy in the iconic 1978 film "Grease," Newton-John had a 50 year career in the movie, music and TV industries.
