Burn Before Reading at the theaters. Typical Coen Brothers genius. If you're into their kind of humor (and who's not?), it's worth what you'll drop on a ticket. Brad Pitt fits their humor well (big shock, right?). 3 and a half of four.

The Departed is on Cinemax in the background, about time number 15 or 16 seeing it. I don't get tired. "I'm concerned about a Chinaman who think's it's ok to come to a business transactions with an automatic weapon. Tell Bruce Lee and the Karate Kids that no one here is carrying automatic weapons because here, in this country it don't add inches to your dick, it just carries a life sentence."

(Would you believe) that it was really a very funny movie? Of course I remember (and liked) the TV show.

Burn After Reading

Pretty solid. I didn't like a couple things about it. It's probably one of those movies that I'd like more with each viewing. I might add to my review blog and do a little review soon.

Excellent film. Bale comes off as not being that creepy, even though everything about that film is creepy.

Yeah, agreed about Bale/the creepiness. I just wasn't as blown away by it as I figured I'd be. Can't fault the film for my friends for over-hyping it, though. :tongue2:
