Just watched The Wind That Shakes the Barley. It was terribly pro-IRA/anti-British, which I expected given the reviews from the English press. Decent film though, minus the flat ending.

LOL. I think when I saw it on t.v. they just don't show him biting the curb and so on.

Nope and I was really looking forward to it since I had heard so much about that scene. They just show the guy biting down on the curb and cut to some reaction shots then the police show up.

It was odd seeing Ed Norton looking muscular.

i watched it last night. they showed the curb scene and they show him stepping on his head but they don't actually show the impact of his foot hitting the head. they showed the end scene as you can imagine.
