Breaker, Breaker... Early Chuck Norris flick where he as a trucker, arm wrestles, and then proceeds to roundhouse kick an entire Texas Town (except for the blond waitress who he bangs) who has jailed his younger brother in a speedtrap ala dukes of hazzard type county thing.
