The Graduate. Can't believe I've never seen this until now!

Great flick. It's interesting that Anne Bancroft is less than 6 years older than Dustin Hoffman.

I just watched How to Lose Friends and Alienate People. It was funny in parts, and it had Megan Fox.

Just took the granddaughter to see the 3D version of Monsters vs Aliens. Fun, but no where near as clever as the original Monsters film. Still Pixart films are amazingly crafted.

Rented two small budget films, Sophie Scholl is the story of a brother and sister who lead the White Rose rebellion at the University of Munich in 1944. Excellent script and acting and a powerful story of courage. Then watched The Boy in the Striped Pajamas, an unsual twist to the hallocaust story, again beautifully acted and with a powerful script.

It's not a pixar film, that's the problem.

Ils - French horror/suspense film set in Romania. Not absurdly gory like most modern horror films, which I consider a definite positive. Nothing earth-shattering, but suspenseful enough to keep it entertaining.
