Yes, yes it is.

Guillermo del Toro is gonna direct The Hobbit too.

I know who'd be perfect for it...

Just got out of WALL-E with the kids. Not half bad, but a little long and tedious. Not as many adult jokes embedded within like many kids' movies lately, but some some messaging that adults need to hear. If you've got kids, go see it.

Casino

Probably Scorsese's third best IMO. Casino was much more in-depth than The Departed (technically Casino is probably better in pretty much every way), but I liked The Departed more, which is all that matters. Goodfellas is his baby, easily his best.

Took the kiddos to see WALL-E on opening day.

The six year old loved it.
The ten year old fell asleep

I wished we had gone to the Movie Tavern instead so I could order a Blue Moon. It would have made the 40 bucks I dropped on that shitfest tolerable

Saw Hancock, don't waste your money. If the movie had stuck to being a comedy, it would have been good. They tried to get serious in the movie and it sucked.

Will Smith's movies have to be the biggest letdowns of any actor in Hollywood today. They're usually good concepts but horribly executed.
