I absolutely loved it, and yes, it looked great on the big screen, but it doesn't have the far-reaching appeal to be a classic like 'Pulp Fiction'. First, even though it is a comic book movie, it is not really just a kids movie. However, it has great special effects.
Second, I thought Morton Downy Jr. may have been miscast as a "super-hero" when I walked into the theater. I was dead wrong.
This is a classic good vs. evil movie. The main character is smug, egocentric, and tough as nails at the beginning. Then circumstances force him to grow a heart. (in more ways than one) Morton Downy is very good in this role.
