Their recruiting success was due more to PC's personality than anything else (cheating stuff aside). I don't agree that they just keep on keeping on with Kiffin.

1) The vast majority of these big time recruits were local
2) How much of that was his doing? He was only there for 1 year of Rivals.com's feature where they tracked assistants.
