How so? If he doesn’t win a national championship in 3-4 years he’s going to get canned.
let me rephrase.
LSU has a lot more advantages than Ole Miss ever will.

those advantages do come with expectations though.
On a less confrontational note, I thought they were looking for a culture fit this time around. Is Kiffin a culture fit?

“cultural fit” is a phrase i always laughed at.
can you coach?

that’s the only important question.
Nick Saban wasn’t a “cultural fit”
Les Miles wasn’t either.

but both were very successful here.
Ed O was as perfect of a “cultural fit” as possible. But he’s an incompetent neanderthal so he flamed out as soon as all the assistants left.
Brian Kelly was actually the exact fit we needed for years 1 & 2. Just stop the bleeding and stabilize things. Just sure as shit wasn’t the right fit for anything after that.

I was hoping to get someone like Brent Key.
But they didn’t call for my vote.

wait. What happens when he hires Ed O. as his DC?

DLine coach is the highest up the ladder any one will offer that guy.
Looking good to keep Baker as DC at the moment (if he doesn’t get a HC job at Tulane)
It will be funny watching LSU sink further into the toilet. Should have kept Coach O.

Compare what O did at Ole Miss to what Kiffin did at Ole Miss.

not even on same planet as each other.
