Lance Armstrong and Ashley Olsen

Anyone who dumps their wife after sticking out cancer with them isn't a roll model in my book.

Yeah, none of his recovery from cancer had anything to do with his phenomenal drive and work ethic...we should applaud his wife for sticking with him as any normal spouse would. :roll1:

It sickens me that this is a "breaking news video" on CNN. :shake:

It's the world we live in today. I had this exact conversation with someone earlier in the week. We both couldn't believe that stories like this, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan stories are "Breaking News". Horrible.

It's all about ratings. Bottom line. Example: During the Anna Nicole story, Greta Van Sustren and Nancy Grace... showing the same crap that was on all day long, reporting nothing new. They killed Anderson Cooper in ratings. One or two weeks later, Paris gets released from prison..... who gets her Larry King. King does three times the ratings that night as normal. Moral to the story... the public and ratings run the media.

I will say this in Armstrong's defense. When someone in your family has cancer, it's difficult on everyone and not unusual for a family to fall apart.

And it will probably never be proven that Armstrong was on the juice so he is not guilty.
And just maybe, one of the few remaining real hero's.

People will make their own opinions of the guy, I could care less, he's some dude thats made the best of whatever... However, you need to get his nut out of your mouth, there's a lot of people who have survived cancer that you will never hear of and even more who die of it and familys who have to survive that.

Don't care of he was on the juice.

There's more "hero's" than people realize, just some people need to look at some guy under the spotlight instead of the person who survives and goes on to put his kids through college or keep food on the table.

1. I think the Olsens are extremely attractive young women. So that doesn't surprise me. She seems a little young for him, though, given she's only 21.

2. Armstrong has established that he can't stick with one woman, so I'd advise Ashley not to rely on a long term relationship with the jerk. Yes, he's a brave, hard-working, athletically gifted man who has lived through a very difficult and painful disease, but he's also a jerk.
