Sunday the Lady Buckeyes will travel to East Lansing to take on Sparty.
The B10 #1 ranked Buckeyes will need to play well to come away with a victory. .
The game is scheduled to be broadcast on ESPN2.
 
Well they blew the chance to really open up the big ten lead...This is a game that I don't think they should of lost...yeah it was close, but they have to score more than 50 pts...This is a team that should be putting up 60 or more pt each night...

They need, and have needed, someone who can knock down the perimeter shot on a consistent basis. Foster's teams are to interior oriented on offense. They have picked up the pace this year but are still lacking a couple big-time shooters. You shut down Jantel and you essentially shut down this offense.

When your opponent's 6'9" center makes more 3-pointers than your entire team, you're going to be in trouble.

But the team is still leading the conference, and can keep the championship streak going.

I have said this before and I will say it again. I guess if you are happy with Big 10 championships and maybe one round in the NCAA then you are happy with Jim Foster. Maybe we should get a 6'9" player to shoot some threes for us because we have enough low post players.

I would rather win the B10 every year than the B10 and the NCAA once every 20 years.
Would Tenn want to trade coaches ? :biggrin:
Foster is OK , and who knows next year when Prahalis is in her second year we just might have a consistant outside shooter.

I am not talking about winning the NCAA every year and with the talent in Ohio alone we probably could win the Big 10 title every year. He I am not talking about winning the NCAA tournament every year I am talking about getting past the first or second round every 3-4 years. If you guys are satisfied with just winning the Big 10 title every year, we are okay but I am not satisfied with that.
