An 18-year-old who has yet to play a snap is featured on a pair of billboards near the USC campus.

"It was like I was the King of Hollywood," Foreman told the Los Angeles Times in describing USC's recruiting approach.

He only played in 3 games this year....buried on the depth chart, 0 sacks the last two years. Someone thought they arrived before even getting to college....I don't even blame the kid but all the trash that surrounded him the entire process.
