Kirk Ferentz (four more B1G COY Awards than Tressel and Meyer combined)

Iowa's Kirk Ferentz in tie for Big Ten's winningest coach

Ferentz, in his 27th season as coach of the Hawkeyes, won his 205th game with the program, tying Ohio State's Woody Hayes on the conference's all-time list.....:pissed: The longest-tenured active head coach in college football, Ferentz is 205-124 all-time at Iowa and has a 217-145 career record.

The milestone, though, wasn't much of a topic in the post-game celebration in the locker room.

"You know how humble he is," quarterback Mark Gronowski said. "I said something to him about it, and he just kind of shrugged it off."

"It was just good to get the win," Ferentz said. "That's what we came for."

Just sayin': Kirk Ferentz = Mr. Humble......

Most Kirk Ferentz milestone ever. Woody had less than half the number of losses (61) when he got to 205.
