Kevin Wilson (HC Tulsa)

Thanks for everything, Coach.

I also don't hate getting some new blood on the offensive side of the ball though.
Yeah I hope we don't just promote Hartline and get a TE's coach and call it good. Go find yourself a talented OC and promote Hartline to Co-OC at best. Not that that means Hartline doesn't deserve more money or won't be successful in that role. Just swing for the fences

Day less likely to give up play-calling duties as a result.
In my head, Wilson was the world's biggest fan of WR screens and it took him a long ass time to convince Day that the playbook should be 80% screen. His punishment is having to go to Tulane. Day makes it up to the fans by remembering that we used to put up 60 points with ease and calling those plays again.

Tulsa. But other than that I like this reality and I choose to live here until proven otherwise.

Hartline to OC, Keenan Bailey to WR coach, Bring in someone to replace Parker Fleming's useless corpse to coach TEs.
I'd prefer he'd go get someone of a level he trusts to be able to go and say hey coach instead of this let's call this cause x and he trusts him enough to override his instinct some times.

Maybe he trusts Hartline to level and he'll succeed but I'd rather get someone who's already a successful OC and promote Hartline to Co-OC to learn
