Not sure about that. He's never had any legal troubles, or appreciable attitude problems and he's still in the league, which is probably more than any of these other guys will be able to say after 8 years.

Normally, I'd feel sorry for an athlete getting injured this way, but it's hard to feel too badly for this clown. I know many Browns fans were ticked off when Davis drafted him, but I really thought KWII would be a damn good TE in the pros (I was glad, however, that he didn't end up a Cowboy).

I still think he can be a playmaker at TE, assuming he hasn't damaged his body beyond repair, between the broken leg and this accident. I knew he was pretty fucking dense when I saw the "soldier" rant, but he seems to lack basic common sense, as well.

Good luck, Cleveland...

Breaking news from footballguys.com....

The news on Browns' TE Kellen Winslow Jr seems to be getting worse. We
told you last night about the financial issues where Winslow could
potentially have to return some of his bonus money to the Browns for
violating his contract forbidding activities like motorcycle riding.

This morning, Clark Judge from CBS Sportsline is writing that the
Browns are concerned that Winslow may have torn the anterior cruciate
ligament in his right knee and be lost for the season.

His father is a fuckstick. He was working for FoxSports early in 2003 after one of our early wins (forget which...could have been NCSt) who said on the air "I'm tired of Ohio State having all their games handed to them." Whatever dipshit. Hope you kept the Sojuh's room just like he left it...he'll be moving back there soon.

I think Bernie must have been a freak of nature. An actual "cane" that wasn't a total moron. Drove me nuts when they gave away too much to draft that idiot. My first reaction to the accident was pretty knee jerk like everyone else's. I hope there are some cooler heads that will evaluate the injuries properly and only then make a decision based on what is best for the Cleveland Browns with regard to winning football games. One should never draft a Miami Hurricane untli one is certain that his gun permit is leagal in that state.

These days Winslow is leaning on the second syllable of his name.
