Kareem WaLLker (dismissed from ttun)

I have seen alot of Melvin Gordon comparisons but to me he reminds me alot of Jamaal Charles and not just because of his dreads...the way he is patient before hitting the holes and is almost straight up at first

Yeah, he definitely has an efficient, upright running style similar to Gordon, Charles or more recently, 2015 prospect Ronald Jones II. The difference: Gordon, Charles and Jones were all 5'11, 185 pound recruits. Walker is 6'1, 210 as a high school junior. This is a very special and unusual prospect.

Whenever I think of RBs that run upright I think of Eric Dickerson, and Walker is no different with his size and speed. I don't see his versatility like Gordon and Charles, who were guys who could play on the perimeter in college and used a lot in the passing game. I could see him playing a bruising style like Hyde at around 230

Yeah, Dickerson was the first player I thought of the first time I saw his highlights. You could say a thicker McFadden, a more north-south Yeldon, a slimmer Beanie... If he's a hard worker and stays healthy, he'll be that caliber of RB in college.

In rewatching the NCG, I realized this was not some knee-jerk reaction to a team winning it all. I think Kareem simply watched EzE dominate and realized he can do the exact same thing here. He has a lot of traits that Zeke does I think (especially the upright lean when he hits his top gear) and the OL is not going anywhere but up. He knows he will win a championship here and be in the running to take a ton of hardware home in the chase. We will have to actively recruit him until February of next year but barring extreme circumstances, I do think we will don the S&G.

Didn't he commit before the game to the coaches then release it via twitter at halftime of the NCG?

And there is nothing wrong with that. Hyde was pretty effective.
