Kansas woman sat on boyfriend's toilet for 2 years

Reminds me of another bizarre story...

A 480-pound Martin County woman has died after emergency workers tried to remove her from the couch where she had remained for about six years.

Workers say the home was filthy, and she was too large to get up from the couch to even use the bathroom. Removing her from the couch would be too painful, since her body was grafted to the fabric. After years of staying put, her skin had literally become one with the sofa and had to be surgically removed.

Everyone going inside the home had to wear protective gear. The stench was so powerful they had to blast in fresh air.

I don't understand. For one, so she never once leaned over or shifted her weight or reached around once to wipe? Or just even stretched her legs? For two years?!?

Two, I'd think you'd be pretty vulnerable to an aneurysm or clots or something after ... oh, a couple of days, right?

Damn. If I'm really into a book or magazine or DS game or something, I still can't sit there for maybe 20-25 minutes. After the feet fall asleep and your legs start tingling with pain, that's usually a sign to get the hell up and move around a little.

No parents, sisters, brothers? Nobody called to say, "Hey, get off the toilet you lazy bitch, you've missed every holiday and family reunion for TWO YEARS straight!"

That must've been one comfy toilet seat!

Okay, from the looks of the news reports they live in a trailer. Not judging, just sayin'. So, it looks like a pretty standard, smallish trailer, so I'm assuming there's only one bathroom. My question is this: how did the guy use the john?
