Yes, probably a good comparison. Day is known for his offensive acumen and has won a lot of games. But he’s lost some key games and is not up to Urban’s standard. Yet most programs would kill for the results he’s had in Columbus. I see Deboer at worst having a track record like that.

The key is who will he hire as a DC and how will he recruit. I think Bama has the resources to recruit well off name and their AD is all in on football. Will be a drop from Saban, but how much?

I'm thinking more Kiffen. Perpually 9-3 can't seem to get over the hump.

Kiffin is tbd. He’s at a school comparable to Maryland and won 11 this year for the first time in program history. Has actually been Fantastic by ole piss standards.

It’s hard to compare kiffin at ole miss to anyone at Bama.
