"My understanding is yes (that Ruggles is returning for another season)," an OSU spokesperson told Bucknuts. "I have been told that he is coming back."

This means that the Buckeyes will return their special teams "battery" which also includes punter Jesse Mirco -- who will be a sophomore -- and long snapper Bradley Robinson, who will be a rare seventh-year senior.

Apparently since he has already graduated he didn't need to be enrolled Spring Semester to still be eligible to play in the fall.
