no never....
but we did have afc and nfc rushing champs in the same year, but those guys were backups teddy....

As numerous posters above me have stated, no. And not even at the kicking position. Josh Brown and Kris Brown are both ex-Cornhuskers.

Todd Peterson and John Kasay both went to Georgia.
Josh Scobee and Matt Stover, Louisiana Tech.
Paul Edinger and Dave Rayner, Michigan State.
Robbie Gould and David Kimball, Penn State.
Jason Hanson and Rian Lindell, Washington State.

I don't think there it could happen to a better guy if he goes and gets drafted or even picked up as a free agent. He has battled through tough times of having to sit behind one of the greatest college kickers of all time and now he is having his chance to showcase his talent to people.

Kickers? How about NFL shut down corners from OSU? Plummer, Springs, and who was that kid that forced Dorsey to eat the ball 'cause his primary wasn't open in the NC game? Chris Gambel? And we may add another this fall in Youbouty.

There is already threads for most of the guys you said. And if there isn't one for one of the guys, then create it.

This thread is for talk and news about Huston. Not how great our corners are.

Or and its spelled Gamble.
