Just noticed something regarding scUM hoops

I'm 85% certain you will see an ass-raping.

I'm still scratching my head at how UM was able to navigate the Duke ball pressure. I guess it helps when Duke opens the game 1-14 behind the arc.

But I think UM is in a lot of trouble.

But a win for UM cements a spot for the Bucks, IMO. Even in the event of a brutal close.
I am almost at 99% that you will see a ass-raping:biggrin:.

I think that the 17 points that Vegas is giving sCum is way too low. There is a big difference between when Duke plays someone not very good and when UConn plays somebody not very good. Duke is more of a finesse team than the Huskies and I think when Connecticut plays a weaker team there is not much chance for an upset. I would not say the same thing about the Dukies.

When Duke played Michigan Duke was not hitting any of their shots while Michigan played a pretty decent game. The Huskies was shut down any decent game. I do not think that this will be pretty for sCum.

While I wholeheartedly agree with the lovely sentiment of [censored] scUM, I would not cry in my beer if they beat UConn. It would assuredly help the conference's and tOSU's RPI. I also do not take quite as much pleasure in seeing a Bielien (sp) coached scUM team get ass-raped as much as an rr coached scUM team. That being said, unless Sims has a career day and the team shoots a Villanovaesque percentage behind the arc, I think an ass-raping of epic proportions is in order.

Our conference is already #2 in RPI, trailing only the ACC. So far, scUM is showing why.

I don't know why Michigan plays so well in these games, but doesn't show up in conference play. They're playing great so far (although UCONN is on an 8-0 run).

I will say, I think Big East defense might be very overrated. A majority of their league averages over 70 PPG. Michigan is the only team in the Big 10 to average over 70 PPG.

Thus far, UCONN looks a little lost playing a half-court game. UM is getting back on every missed show, and limiting transition points. Most Big East teams are content playing up and down, and there are tons of secondary fastbreak points. Not today.

Michigan hanging around. 53-57 with 4 to play. UCONN hasn't scored on their last few possessions, but neither has Michigan.

Michigan is just jacking up 3's. They tend to get more three happy than even some of Matta's teams.

Worst possible outcome.

They only lose by 8 but they still lose.

Bummer.

Reinforces the notion that absolutely nothing good comes from that team up north. Cockbites.
