I move 1400 miles for the new job... everything is going great and today I find out that my new boss is a scUM fan! Our marketing guy when to scUM but doesn't care for the football team so we have already teamed up on him.

who's got some good (but harmless :) ) pranks I can play on him???

Is there a flagpole outside of the office? Fly a Buckeye flag once in a while.

This has a much greater effect when it's done outside of an office in michigan- I used to work about 15 miles east of ann arbor....

You could get some OSU pens and pencils, and make sure you stuff some in his office supply tray. Also, send him a notes on OSU Post-Its any chance you can get!

Edited to add a funny related experience:

At my first internship, my boss had me into his office on my first day at work. On his bulletin board, there's a blue and corn bumper sticker, halfway covered. The part I can see reads "GO BL". He motioned to it and said something like, "I heard you're at OSU. I'm a big Michigan fan." I didn't really know what to say, not wanting to offend my first boss at a real job! He then pulled back the paper covering the sticker to reveal "OW" and got a good laugh at my expense.

:) All good suggestions... I thought about beating him with a tire iron but I'm not sure the organization I work for would find the humor in it :). I think I'll start tonight... we have a media event. I'm think a few OSU logos in his office will start things off nicely. I know I'll get it right back... he's told some of things he's done to his friend who is a Buckeye fan. He snuck into his house and changed all his Buckeye decor to scUM.
