The correct way to eat sushi is to lightly dip the piece sideways in the shoyu (soy sauce) so that a little gets on both the fish (or whatever topping) and the rice.

Eel is pretty good. My favorite is octopus. Something about the texture of those suckers....and of course spicy tuna.

DiHard, you should give it a shot seriously. Take a chick to Shoku in Grandview or Haiku on High. I know it sounds gay and foo foo but it's a definately a different experience getting drunk on rice wine and eating raw fish and soybeans.
