I haven't been around a row of tailgaters at a Florida visit to Death Valley in twenty five years that did not have plenty of Gator on the menu (usually fried, but I've had some etouffee a couple times as well...)

take it easy people. Applebee's was just the first place that came to mind. I went to Culinary School and was a chef for 10 years before doing what I do now.

Just got back from ours in Jamaica. Our "must haves" were all inclusive food and drinks, crystal clear water, sports activities, great service and great beach. We talked to a great travel agent that I would highly recommend to anyone. He doesn't get a commission from us and only recommends resorts he has previously visited. He also got us the best room in the resort.

We ended up at Couples Negril and had an absolutely amazing time. It also happened to coincide with the 50th anniversary of Jamaicas independence and the Olympics so everyone was in a great mood.

I would highly recommend Couples to anyone looking for any vacation. It is adults only and where Sandals spends all of their money on marketing and then nickel and diming you afterwards, Couples spends it on service and activities for the guests.
