i keep seeing a lot of national guys says osu...i keep seeing the osu insiders say texas....i really would love to get hicks..but think he ends up in texas...honestly i will be ok with that...as long as it isnt UF

Pretty much sums up my thoughts on the matter as well. Good luck to Jordan! Class kid. Too bad more recruits don't handle their recruitment like he has.

I'll preface this by saying I've never seen him play in person, nor have I spoken directly to him. But I've seen enough to know a hardcore Buckeye lover... and I don't think Lakota West senior Jordan Hicks is one. I think he knows OSU is a big time college football power in his home state that would love to have his services. BUT, to some kids that doesn't mean much. Not to say Hicks wants to disrespect his home state... I just think he's become enamored with Texas and, clearing throat here, Florida.

Nor have you done anything at all to learn about Hicks if you think his "home state" is Ohio.
