since the upgrade, when I exit a thread back the the forum front, it doesn't mark the thread as read (still bold) and I have to refresh. It acts like it is just pulling from the cache when I do that, but before it would pull a fresh page.

I've noticed that. My no-cache headers are being ignored for the most part. I need to check Apache's configuration, I think, or something like that. It could also be a quirk now that read flags are in the database, not in the cookie system. I'll sniff around a bit.

I had read that article before you created this thread, and I have also graduated from tOSU. In your mind does that qualify me to state that your attempt at humor was lame, in poor taste, and troll-like?

And if your response will now be that I don't have a sense of humor, you're mistaken.

But I couldn't care less what you think, and I'm ready for the game to start.

My first response was simply to state that the word 'joke' was appropriately added to the title of the thread.

My second response was to answer questions posed by the original poster; whose reaction to some not appreciating his attempt at humor was to question whether they had read the article or whether they had graduated from tOSU. I wanted to let him know that there were some who could answer both questions in the affirmative and still not appreciate his original post.

I didn't bash the poster, and I haven't dinged him. I expressed an opinion and anwered some of his questions. Now I have a question of my own:

Tibor, did you mean to include me in this comment? Please answer yes or no, after reading each of my posts in this thread. I'll wait until I receive your response before I react to your post. I may wait until after the game, since that's a more pressing concern for the next few hours.
